*note* not sure which came first so please bare with me
the same designer/artist (sorry not sure what there officialy called) came up with the idea for him but didnt realise that the rights were held by marvel/dc once he had designed the character,
and when he later went to work for the rival company realised could not use the guy so made the other version
oviously over the years they have drasticly changed but basics are still there

Deadpool is Marvel and Deathstroke is DC COMIC'S their's a difference, they are rivals both comic's.. mostly all the time dc comic's wins the rivaly because it's more populor then marvel
