You came across a ledge, before a ledge there is a silver rock encircled by electricity.

Assuming you are playing story mode, you will have The Flash, Cyborg and Martian Manhunter. Use MM fly down the right side and you will see a tribeman and a lever. Use the MM's mind control ability to control the tribeman to close the lever, the electricity will stop.

Lastly use cyborg and switch to the bomb suit (that able to shoot any silver items into pieces) and blast the rock, then you will get the black hand token.
