How do i do the comstume hub missions?

In some hub mission a character, like bat cow or kevin smith, wants you to be something, a cow or a polar bear for instance, but how do i turn into those things if they are not real characters or something? Please help, ive tried standing into the white hologram thing with multiple characters and ive looked around the entire area.

You need to change your character using a customizer either on the Watchtower or in the Batcave.

there's a character creator in the "laboratory" in the watch tower. if i remember correctly it should be near the middle of the main watch tower area.

But are those pieces always in the character creator then or? Because when creating a customized character im pretty certain i didnt see a cow head.

They are, but need to be purchased for I believe 1,000 studs each. Look at the bottom right in the hats category and the last 6 icons should be special ones that are purchasable. Shirts and Pants category should have some as well. Not all have 6 pieces though.
