Game won't start, getting white screen

Finally got back around to playing this game again since the summer. Started the game up worked great up till the Killer Croc boss fight in world 1, game crashed. Restarted the game from my save data, game crashed again during the boss fight. Tried to restarted it a third time and now all i'm getting it a white screen on launch. I tried going in and running this game as an admin, nothing. Went through the registry and changed it to DX9 and the game wouldn't even launch, changed it back to DX11 and i'm back to getting the white screen again. Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated. Just don't understand how the game was working before and now it wont.

ALSO i have reinstalled and verified the files multiple times.

Try lowering your framerate and sound settings.

C:\Users\#username#\Appdata\Roaming\WarnerBros.InteractiveEntertainment\LEGOBatman3BeyondGotham\pcconfig.txt

This is the local Settings notepad file that you can edit.
Make sure you've got a 60Hz refresh rate.

Make sure nothing else is trying to increase the framerate for the game (NVidia etc.).

Change your Windows Sound Settings to 16Bit44100Hz ('dvd' quality)
