neither has worked for me but it might help you
None of this worked for me either. It's honestly ridiculous how the season pass is installed, but everything else isn't, and can't seemingly be installed or even accessed in-game
I've got the season pass and every piece of DLC. It says they're all in my library and the season pass is installed but everything else is "not installed". Haven't found a way to be able to "install" them yet. No DLC at all can be accessed in-game despite it saying "Season Pass/Man of steel content is now available!"
you don't access the dlc through the advertisment. you access it in game.
goto your library: right click on it, click on downloadable content. if you're actually missing dlc that you have. click the lil' box. and get steam to uninstall that dlc. then click that box again to get steam to install that dlc.
the dlc is in game. when enter into the game through your save game or new game. or whatever you can see the character's once you unlocked the free play switches or when you replay a level in free play mode. the dlc level's are on the map.
We are looking into this issue - it appears that there is an issue with the DLC packages in Steam.
In the meantime, please try this workaround:
- Right click the Game in your Library
- Select Properties
- Navigate to the Betas tab
- From the 'Select the beta you would like to opt into' dropdown select “Mac_Support"
- Relaunch the game
Please see the attached screenshot, and let us know if this helps. The issue should be fully resolved shortly.
Problem is this didn't help. Int their screenshot there was an option to select "mac_support - Enables DLC for people with ...", but when I hit the dropdown, the only option is "NONE - Opt out of all beta programs". Clearly they haven't figured out what the issue is yet.
The reason you didn't get that option was it was already fixed on your Mac without the need of the beta fix. :)
All you needed to do was hit Play :)
You might see a small update as we enabled Arrow and the Rainbow Character Pack DLC at the same time as fixing the permissions.
