Trouble transferring save to LEGO batman 3 from GoG version to Steam

Hey everyone,
so I recently started playing Lego batman 3 again after playing it on my ps3 years ago. I originally pirated the game (the version I pirated came from GoG) but I found a steam key for lego batman 3 for $1 so I picked it up legitimately on Steam. Im having trouble though transferring the save data over from the pirated version to Steam.

I copied over the save data from AppData from running over Bottles and copied it to the steam prefix and the game wont read my save file. Does anyone know what to do?

I am on Fedora Linux btw
