i completed the part where Plastic man is standing near the ice wall on the space station but i quit the game and then i cant get past the ice wall

you stupid fool! you should use superman to melt the ice after defeating MR.Freeze or use batman arctic suit to grow the ice and then break it

If I remember correctly, it's Mr. Freeze who has iced over a pathway inside the Watchtower at this point in the game. I believe it is the Hangar doorway. Anyway...

What you need to do is turn Batman into his invisible stealth mode and then you can attack Mr. Freeze at will. One he is defeated, you need to knock down some of those bat cave hangovers above the passageway containing parts for a Plastic Man pad. Once knocked down, create the pad, then switch to Plastic Man and use the pad.. he will cut through all the ice and you will be on to your next level.

Answer to people in the future:
It worked for me. You need to be Batman with his Sensor Suite. Stay at the same place as you did last time to find the ice in the roof. Then procedure as normal.
