I tried with Unity Editor (wont open them) und Disunity (extracts only some files and then crashes - also doesn't seem to have a method of adding or changing contents).
I used the unity explorer to see the name and file type, then changed the song I wanted to use to that, then used the unity editor to import and overwrite that file, then saved the assets file.
I'm not sure if the audio files are still part of a unity assets file, if they are though, I'll update this.
No, but you can do this yourself with the Unity Editor and Audacity.
Download whatever Jaws theme you want to use. Use Audacity to convert it to .ogg file and set the loop regions you want.
Then use the Unity Editor to open the stranded deeps .asset file that has the shark music in it (don't remember which specific .asset file it is), and replace it with your .ogg after renaming it to the shark audio.
Be aware that you will have to do this basically every time the game gets updated lmao
