Rubber Raft Anchor Bug

Idk why, but something with the latest updates has been causing issues with the deployable sea anchor on the starting rubber raft.

For starters, deploying it at all seems to bug out the raft and make it incapable of being rotated while paddling, even after picking the anchor back up. Saving and reloading fixes this issue until the anchor is deployed again.
Secondly, the raft randomly flips itself over, spins out, and bounces occasionally while the sea anchor is deployed. At first I thought sharks were bumping it only to realize that couldn’t be it because I’d just finished killing them all.

As it was, the rubber raft was subpar at best and an infuriating annoyance at worst. Now with these bugs caused by the sea anchor, it’s borderline unusable because to even be able to turn, I either cannot use the anchor period or have to save and reload the world after every time I deploy it.

Please fix this as soon as you can, it really hurts the early game experience.

I just started playing and I'm experiencing the same issues with the initial inflatable life raft.

I took her out on a maiden salvaging excursion, dropped anchor and swam down for treasure, only to start surfacing and seeing the anchor line stretched across the ocean. I surfaced to see my raft ocean bound a mile away. I was able to swim to the raft and raise the anchor. However, the life raft could no longer turn...only move forward....further from shore. I had to quit that save and reload.

The second time, my raft was able to stay put, though the anchor line did seem to be stretching again. This time I was moving quickly though, nervous that my raft would leave me stranded. Again, the raft was not maneuverable after pulling the anchor up, so I had to jump out and pull it back.

I'm reluctant to stray from shore and working toward a crafted raft, but as a new player, this severely limits my ability to explore early game, gather resources, and might discourage other players.
