Stranded 3?
Is this a sequel to the 2003 and 2007 Stranded and Stranded 2 games?

Oh, so this isn't the Stranded i was thinking of? Oh well, it still looks pretty cool and it sounds very similar.

Yes, it is similar, like all these new time survival games after stranded are.
As i know, for me, stranded was the first survival game of this kind, i played part and two, loved them.
And prayed for years that someone would make a similar, modern game.
Then many so called "survival"-games suddenly spread out of the earth like mushrooms, but none of them is really a survival-game, more they are survivng-monsters-game, 24/7 tower defense xD

Stranded Deep has more survival feeling than all the other games, even in 0.01.
Just you and the environment, no cannibals/mutants/zombies!!

DC (the dev) actually gave kudos to Stranded Deep and the devs behind Beam Team.

Seen screen shots of Stranded 3 and it's a huge leap in graphics to stranded 1, 2 but it's looking quite good and there is only 1 person making the game from what I've read so it could be quite some time before he brings it to the public
