I opened Developer Console

i dont know how i opened it but i am wondering how to close it and what commands there are. I need to know

first hit the \ , then type "dev.console true" hit enter , then hit / . This shoould open up a list of things. Choose what your heart desires. Then hit the button at ther bottom of the list. It should drop your choice at your feet. Hit the bototm button repeatedly to get as many as you need. Hit the \ to exit the console. Move the curser to the screen to completely get back to the game.

Cheating might be the only way I can ever build the Gyrocopter for me, the parts aren't in the Aircraft carrier.

The command works fine, make sure you didn't mistype it. Just for clarity, the command is:

dev.console true

You should get a success message. Now close the console and depending on your keyboard layout hit the / key (could be #, *, or even others as well) to bring up the spawn menu. Also be mindful that not all items that can be spawned will work as intended.

I thought you were supposed to get those from the Story crafting thinger after defeating the bosses ?
I haven't done this yet, but I think that's what I've read here.

The Boss fights reward you Recipe's for crafting the Aircraft Parts, and are tied to the escape end game.

You're supposed to be able to find Gyrocopter parts in the Aircraft Carrier to make a Gyrocopter, which is used to explore the islands like the Raft.

Gyro parts are only on the aircraft’s island now? I saw in some gamplays that you can loot gyro parts from stranded ships and boxes. 🤯

You can create yourself a tiny island, empty apart from 3 gyrocopter parts.
I don't think anyone could consider it cheating, since the gyrocopter is part of the game and all players should be able to build it.

I just spent almost an hour trying to get the mods to work, and they don't work. grrrrrr, I just tried it again and got it to work, happy happy joy joy
