You don't understand smileys? ;)
However, it might as well be bottomless because at that depth in the game you cannot see jack as it is almost pitch black. Also, the chances of swimming that far down and making it back up are slim to none.
This does not necessarily mean you dropped your lighter in the deepest part, but again any area that is deeper than about 60 meters is too dark to see anything anyways.
I suggest in the future you keep important objects in your inventory when travelling or leave them at home. All is not lost as lighters are fairly common in ship wrecks, so you just need to find a new one. In the meantime you can easily survive on food and water that does not require you to cook like coconuts, sardines and rain water.
Come on, don't be childish. Not the game is bad. You're just not playing it right.
if the answer is 'yes', then our job is done. ;)
1) Start a new game
2) Stranded Deep Save Editor and World Mapper (Online)
I would prefer the first solution as the web based tool well, means cheating, a bit...
But at least this would prevent you of dying in the abyss of the pacific
Have fun being crushed by the water pressure :)
No, no you really can't. freediving with bottled air has a limit of about 60 meters maximum
