Anybody explored deep sea floor?

i am playing stranded deep and swimming in deep water i look down and it is black when i swim into it it doesn't get any brighter are there any ways to see down there and if you have explored it what did you find?

I haven't myself (too chicken....) but my sister has. she doesn't use the raft to travel. she swims everywere. (crazy) it is just all black, you can't see anything as far as she looked.

Just like LightESC i am too scared to go down. I guess you could try with a torch or a lighter.
But I don't know. In the ChangeLog is nothing about weird fishes or creatures in the deep sea, so we should explore before they add them and scare the ♥♥♥♥ out of us.

don't worry, you would need a submarine to encounter weird fish : )

You can now find wrecks at some freaky depths. Even at midday you need to bring a torch down there and it only illuminates a few meters in front of you. I noticed that the water temperature dropped to 6 Celcius before it became too dark to see the watch.
Something stung me and I got ill from the cold of course, but I found the one missing part to the motor raft ^^
Now I just need to find a gas station ..

So you can fill of inventory win o2 tanks and see how far down you can dive. Never tried it keep thinking there is a water pressure system that will eventually crush you if you go too deep. But it might be like it get so dark you can't tell which way is up.

i tried it myself and speared a few giant bass and cod best fish to eat that i have found they fill you up as much as shark meat

I have. If you go down there are fish that will sting you as BrandEx said, i wasnt able to see them at all. Also message popped up saying "You might not want to go down there..." I continued going down and couldnt find anything, i've seen pictures of the UFO's but idk maybe i didn't go down far enough?

Just going down deep enough won't get you to a UFO. ;)
