What is with tha F***ing Beeping

Hi all i got the game last week loaded it up today started playing and after a day or two the beeping starts. First slowly a beep here a beep there but then its just beep beep beep beep non stop. Now i think this is supposed to mean something but what? When im hungry the game says eat but whats the beeping. At first i thought well maybe it means I need to sleep so after I died I started a new game. I slept both nights then midway through day 3 the beeping came back its driving me mad MAD I SAY! I dont know what it means I dont know it wants and I dont know how to stop it. Please help me

all you have to do is look at your watch.. and it goes away

theres a food n water meter on your watch if u click left mouse button while looking at it is it your water level maybe?

Beeping = youre going to die.. that is your warning so you can so something about it. If you toggle your watch display and look at your vitals - it should give you a hint at what to do. If your food and water are both high look for signs of illness (viral spots on your arm, or a broken bone)

*Also - if you are getting the text prompt that you need to eat, you are already almost starving...

Press/hold F to see watch. Click l-mouse to alternate between temp/time and chr. status views.
The watch beeps when a stat gets low, and gets faster beeping the longer you ignore it/if it keeps getting lower. :)

I'm sure they'll include a better idea of what to do in the intro at some point.. like at least have to check your watch when youre on the plane making your drink.
