You sensitive little cherub. :)
Second, you don't speak for all of us. I much rather this game be a representation of realism, then actually be as realistic as possible....plus, in this debate people can get blind sighted when it comes to what is real and what is not real, and i don't think yall want this to be as real as you think you do. Getting to realistic could make a game unfun. Imagine if the days went by in real time, or the rate at which you cut down trees was in real time....this game would become overly encombersome if it was too realistic..granted that game shouldn't get to outlandish with things..but, i don't see the problem with having fun with the game here and there....So, if people want to suggest ideas, to putting in the mysteries and creatures of the deep let them...initially at first glance some of these things could indeed be gimmicky...but, its not like you can't rework these things in an original and non gimmicky way that would not take away from the players experience...or maybe they should just put a check box in the options so a player can slightly tweak small things, so the player could get the experience they want....like super hardcore mode...or extreme realism mode, where you get horrible sun burns, heat stroke, and death for over exposure to the sun...or disease mode.
The main thing im in agreement with most players is that I do not want any form of zombie in this game. Not a Ghoul Zombie (George Romero, and the type of zombie we associate with the word zombie) or the Haitian Voodoo Zombie, Or Rage Zombies, Rabies, is fine but, only if that doesn't result in zombies. and No cannibals either. Plus, people don't realize this survival game isn't fully leaning into the survival horror genre,, which i like....im tired of zombies being in everything. and no dead island fugu wtf zombies. just no zombies and not cannibals ever....some one can make a mod of this game later for you zombie lovers...but, keep them out...I won't stop people from suggesting them as im not gonna be like some people and ♥♥♥♥♥ at people for have varying opinions on what they want out of this game...ultimately, the developers get the final say...and you should thank them for what they give you and be happy. but, still no zombies.
and of course there should be no M16s..Wtf, would you need one for in this game....oh, im going to go all Al Pacino on these damn sharks, and every one of them to smitherines...last i checked they aren't putting in other humans, other than for a multiplayer mode eventually. Which could be interesting if they add unique game play options to multiplayer, like the ability to craft something that would take multiple people...But, seriously whoever suggested M16s..im not going to get mad at you, your probably some 10 year old having fun....but, seriously....just name one thing in this game you would need an M16 for. A shotgun, and limited...very very limited ammo, Like long lost dark limited...maybe...or the ability to use it like a blunderbus....some, ships do carry shotguns...but, that should be a very very rare item if in the game at all...but, an M16? no...theres no reason for one. Maybe it was a joke and i missed it though....Did someone actually suggest that for this game though? was it a joke?
Exactly, I am glad you and Gatshiro1138 get it.
Personally, I think it should be a creature that can't be killed and is barely seen as a shadow only in the deep ocean. Why? Because if you dive in the deep ocean, you simply can't reach the bottom. The conditions I hope you would see it in would be when a Great White shark dives into deep ocean and suddenly, something eats the Great White shark (which could do to be larger, see: 15 ft) and then just disappears into the inky black depths. That's it, you can dive down there if you dare, but you aren't going to find it, its gone and that deep ocean goes on forever.
yeah this works, i would be fine if they did this
I've seen an Episode of Naked and Afraid where the guy took 6 hours to cut down a palm tree with a machete (because he didn't want to climb the tree to get coconuts and wanted to show off). So yeah, it has to stay semi-realistic :)
So far so good. Headed in the right direction so far if you ask me
No Megalodon.
Party pooper ;)
These are good ideas.
