How to make the motor boat

i'm thinking you need duct tape, but I don't know for sure.

attach it to a raft using the axe crafting not the hammer.. also a raft not the life raft. really hope im not the first

1 knife
flippers
jerry can
tape
3 torches
1 lantern ( solar )
