Coop not saving

- Fixed player falling from Palm Tree when climbing to the very top.

- Fixed multiplayer session not joinable after using a Bed to save.


First time playing coop, using multiplayer online, 2 pc computers, i host my wife joins me.

So works fine no problem till you save and quit, when you try to rejoin, it won't work, so you click continue game and it takes you to creating a new game.

Regarding falling from palm tree, it still happens also.

So basically playing multiplayer is not an option unless save is fixed, i used stranded deep from epic store, i got message that sync with cloud is failing. So i moved to xbox pass and no message about sync but still both doesn't work.

It is a nice game sadly not playable for multiplayer people :(

If someone has a solution let me know, if not maybe in future updates if this game still getting future updates.

I've never experienced what you describe.

ONE possibility. I've noticed that when I'm the "guest", I can click on a shelter or bed, and say "save", and I get the notification about that a save happened... but I highly doubt I really did save. Only the 'host' can really save successfully.

As for falling off a palm tree... I don't climb palms anymore. If I want the coconut at the top, I either chop the whole tree down, or you can shoot a spear at them and it'll knock the coconut down (if you aim well of course). imo; one doesn't need a whole bunch of coconuts anyway. Once you've made a still and have a couple of coconut flasks, what else do you need?

If you are using them for food, I guess in an 'emergency', sure. But spear fishing with the fishing spear in shallow water is dead easy, and fish is plentiful. Just cook it first of course.

Well i did that in my first try, but the update says they fixed it, was just letting them know it is not fixed.

Well i am the host and i save the game, i get message that game is saved, but sadly it is not.

Coop seems to be very hit-and-miss, meaning some people have major problems and others not as many problems. I truly don't believe they have coop sorted out yet.

I have no idea if it makes a difference getting the game from other markets, but I do know that the PC version is different than the console version.... basically saying I don't know if all versions of the game (from different sources) are all updated to same degree.

I would say the best bet for finding answers would be to go to the official Stranded Deep website and ask there, and/ or report the problems you are having, as that is the MAIN forum these devs follow anymore.
