How to back up save game

I have a pre 1.0 save file I want to back up and was wondering if you could back it up and reload even if you messed up the map for a new 1.0 save? I want the map from the old save file to be the same when I load if that makes sense.

Simple like savegame one:
Copy all from AppData/LocalLow/Beam Team Games/Stranded Deep/Slot0 to another folder to packup and paste it pack to when you need restore savegame.
If you have SD Wide mod then copy AppData/LocalLow/Beam Team Games/Stranded Wide/Slot0
Remember that savegame one is on slot0 file, savegame two is slot1 etc...
