Graphics issue

I have a Geforce Gt 640 card and when the game starts,,the graphics look terrible..Heavy over shadows of red blue and green blurry colors..any advice help?

0.04.h2 i know its a step back but the specs on the game could be outdated.

Do you happen to have a screenshot? At a guess from your description it is either a directx issue or a driver issue. I'd suggest making sure both are uptodate for starters. Is this happening in both dx11 and dx9 modes?

I did take a screen shot but not sure how to post it here from my librairy..but the screen shot does not show the bleeding colors as I see on the screen while trying to play..It happens with both Directx modes.Can I use my phone to snap pic of the screen and you can view it somewhere else or can I upload the pic here? Thanks for the help.btw gt640 driver is up to date

Actually that alone helps, this is "usually" caused by an incompatible setting for the monitor, either resolution or refresh rate. If you can't change it in the games options, try resetting it in the options.json file.

It can also be caused by the cable starting to wear out but if you arent seeing the issue elsewhere I'd say we can probably rule that out.

I just found this out,I bought a couple Vizio e32-c1 tvs for monitors..The box said 120hz,,haha the back of the tv says 60hz...not sure if this is part of the problem..I downloaded the Demo for american truck simulator and I had the same graphic problem...I have farm 2015 and construction simulator 2015 and they both play fine on the same tv monitor..Not sure what the .json file is or located....Thanks again for the help

sounds like you've got something set to the wrong refresh rate then, try resetting to 60hz in settings and it should clear up the problem for both, I'd make sure your desktop refresh rate was set to 60hz as well to be on the safe side as it might be overriding games that have the option of a higher refresh rate.

Desktop is set to 60,but where is the other setting to check....I dont see a option for this in the game

Hmm the next step would be to check geforce experience and make sure 3D settings are off for the games there, and that it's set to 60hz. Its possible it's trying to display the games in 3d for you as well.

Thanks for tryng to help with this ,but I give in..I emailed support and they never replied so I requested a refund...Once again I appreciate you taking the time to help in this matter..I wanted to try that game so bad it looks addicting..oh well..Have a good day!
