Is there more than one snake

So...im trapped in my fort with the snake right infront of my door and i have 1 health point ..im so screwed

the snake bites do not even damage you, i get bit all the time and it does nothing. they havent fully implemented them yet

im sure ive had damage from bites as i rarely swim and avoid the water as much as possible and after 2 / 3 bites i check my watch and health damaged by 2 / 3 bars

OMG WHY SNAKES?? lol So far I've seen 1 at every island. nothing I do to kill it works or I'm missing...not sure. (Edit I just read they can't be killed in the patch update) AHHHHH! lol

They don't poison you like the lionfish or the sea urchin, but they take a little health (~ one bar).

And I'm pretty sure there can be more than one snake on an island.

Yes damage comfirmed. I was snake hunting and got bit alot.

Hmm, ive been bitten tons of times, never taken any damage from them... and Ive been on an island that had three snakes on it, there can definetly be more than one on any given isle.

Don't bother dropping logs on them... or rocks (for those that haven't tried and/or are curious). Nadda....

But did jump over one and got bit in the crotch...... or wherever
