How do I play the split-screen mode.

I know split-screen is on one screen, I see alot of people going "how do I play with people online". But I can't seem to play it, I have two controllers and I tried doing it with big picture mode. both PS4 controllers are wired via 2 3ft usb cables. This wouldn't be a probelm if they put a 'player 1 press start' 'player 2 press start' thing.

Have you selected a new game (co-op) from the main menu?

yes, and i found a fix. goto the steam settings and then controller. from there you need to click configure controller and click your controller type. (my controllers are ps4 so i click the ps4 config. and check all that apply.)

im not sure anymore, i stopped playing. but it would be in the coop settings or game settings. look around, im not gonna install it again until they actually add co-op. also this guild is irrelevant now because they added steam local play to the game.

just use steam's local play now.
