Making fire is a disaster

the stupid raft goes wherever,, you struggle left, right etc and sometimes are off the raft
and on etc etc ................................I think I will give up!
This is a great design, and the one I use for my barge. Perfect visibility, steers a lot better, and you can even go 5x5 without much difference in manoeuvrability. Never tried a 5x6 but it might work as well, if you need more shelves.
If you put the motor next rudder and anchor, it will steer slightly better, but I agree with you, Sininside, steering with the motor is a pain. I always switch to sailing when I'm close to approach, the motor is truly bad when you are at destination, trying to park your raft!
Another thing I do, if the motor is in the back, I go backward all the way.
