SInce the game isn't complete and there are still hotfixes coming out, that multplayer should be a thing.
EA since 2015? OMG..
To all: Criticism is ok, insults are not. Please stay civil.
Steams new remote play feature if you are able to use it doesn't change it from being split-screen but does enable you to play online.

Just as an added note if you go on BeamTeams twitter feed splitscreen/couch coop is the first step to a future coop mode:
Hope that helps! :)

JUST DO IT!
i tried doing this but steam remote play is not the greatest, me and my friend tried it but was very laggy making it unplayable. just give us the online coop already and if you are not able to do so just tell us straight up that, thats something you are not able to provide. i even noticed that the console version does not have local coop? what is the deal with that?
My personal experience is that I've purchase the game back then to play with a family member cause it said the multiplayer was coming.
Now that the game is coming out on Consoles, I expect this version I supported from the beginning to have the features promised.
