Is it true multiplayer or only split screen? Can me & a friend play together on different PCs from different locations or is it only split screen?

The game currently only has split-screen 2 player co-op right now, while it is true you can use Steams remote play to play over the internet (although some people have experienced issues) it is still only 2 player split screen co-op.

I bought this the day it came out when they had talks of being able to play online with a friend.... Still waiting. Split screen is hot garbage.

Years ago Multiplayer was promised. I always wanted to play it with a friend online but since this never came, I never played it again. Looking for MP from time to time but it's always the same disappointing answer.

I found some bugs in remote play with my girl friend. My gf sometimes can't drop the items and when i open the craft menu her screen will point to the sky every times, so when we have to craft somethings we have to stop doing every things and craft. I think it would be better if this game has multiplayer mode for me because sometimes my internet is not good enough for remote play so it cause some lags.

it cant be that dificult to make a online multyplayer, i dont have local friends and i wanted to play with my friends but ir dosent have a online multyplayer, if it has remote play it needs to have onlline multyplayer

Honestly it may be in the works, but we don't care. There are other games that have 'multyplayer' if that's what you're after.

Forget it, the Coop is buggy as hell. You will not have much fun with it. It was the reason why I bought the game and it is the reason why I stopped playing it long ago.
