Can't save map
Hello everyone ,
i'm facing a problem with editing a map in the cartographer , i've downloaded some user made map but i can't edit them cause when i want to save one it say "sorry, a reserved map already exists with that name " or something like that .

How can I edit a custom map so ?

I am in the experimental branch , it don't happen in normal branch .
Someone know how to pass this ?

Did you try to rename it? Maybe the original file can't be messed with so you need a new name for the altered isle.

I may have found a solution. I had the same problem until I realized the map file was in the wrong folder. I had it in common> Stranded Deep >Stranded_Deep_Data > Data > Experimental > Default Maps. Duh! This folder is for the maps generated by Beam Team that can't be edited. Try this path: This PC > Documents > Stranded Deep > Data > Experimental > Editor > Maps

Once installed there I was able to edit the user made map.
