Report a translation problem
I admit that it takes some time to grow enough for a fair amount of antidote but once you have them you're pretty safe. And until you have enough of them stored - you rather should be careful.
And to be honest: I don't think that pipi is unbalanced. It's a survival game and swimming around in a tropical ocean of course is dangerous. So I tend to keep myself in a save surrounding until I have what I need to cure poisoning.
What fun would it be to play a survival game if there's no danger, no risk to die?

Finding out the ability to grow them makes it no longer a big deal.
While diving is an integral part of the game I was a bit worried.
Seems I paddled half way to Australia looking for the beggers.
