Seems kind of redundant with the little amount of cloth there is to begin with.
You could use the same argument with the motor that should be using jerry cans to refill it but the things have infinite gas when they didn't to begin with so...you need to refill a torch but not the gas tank...see where I'm coming from?
If that was the case, forget the torch, it's just aesthetic anyway.Crap happens all the time in this game and the bandages are going to prove more beneficial.
