Help! THE BEEPING WON'T STOP!!
So I was bitten by a shark a while ago and my watch went from a single beep every few minutes or so (I'm assuming this is an alert to losing a bar of food/drink) to a constant stream of beeps that occurs about every minute which only goes away when I look at my watch. I'd imagine that it is to warn me of something, but my status effects are blank and my arm looks normal. I've already tried practically all the medicine besides vitamins, though I do not hear a cough so I don't think that is the problem, and they have done nothing to end the beeping. I am thinking the beeping was orginally a bleeding alert from the shark bite but the game glitched and I recieved to bleeding damage but was left with the constant, extremely annoying, beeping. Has anyone else had this occur? If so, how did you fix it? I've made some good progress so I don't want to have to start over but if the beeping persists I'll have to... if I want to keep my sanity :steamfacepalm:

P.S.
You do use the mouse button to use medication/bandages, right? xD

Yes you left click with medication in your hand, if nothing happens you don't need it.
How high is your health bar?
When the watch starts beeping every minute, it usually means that your health bar is dangerously low or you've got a serious condition which needs attention.

bandages are used for bleeding, did you use a bandage?

Bandages should be used when bitten by a shark. :P

Also, make sure you keep your food, water, and fatigue bars filled so you can heal. also, I think if you have a cold/sunburn your vitals will go down quicker(.?)

My health bar is on one bar, but it's been that low before and the beeping has not been this consistent. I figured it was some sort of condition but my watch's "status effect" menu is empty and I've tried all the meds besides vitamins.

Yes. I tried using some but they did nothing!

Hm, then try and keep your vitals All the way to the top! when you have less than two health bars, there will be the beeping sound. to get health back, make sure your hunger, thirst, and fatigue bars are all the way up at all times to start healing!

I've tried bandages and they have not been effective. My food/water/fatigue bars are usually kept at least half way full or if not then close to it. If I remember correctly from last night my health bar would rise a bar or two and then fall again once I went swimming, but the beeping persisted throughout it all!

I'm gonna try and get my health bar back to a good level and if the beeping keeps going I'll just start over. I've made some good progress but not enough to be absolutely devastated if I have to start over. Besides, I like generating/exploring new islands. :steamhappy:

The beeping is because your health bar is at 1, I've had this happen a lot of times, it will stop beeping once it goes to 2 :)

I'm gonna stick around the island for a bit and see if my health rising stops it. Hopefully it does!
