in the locked room are you able to interact with the white dirt? because i dont know where to go from here and nothing else in that room does anything besides the locker that is locked

idk if this is a bug or not i tried interacting with everything still cant find the the last pipe i am missing or is it just 3 pipes ? If not then ive got the one in the water and in the locker. Cant find the last one
