Does anyone have a guide or any tips on how to get the Straight Flush Achievement?

no need for wide screen. just moved it over a bit so it quit clicking on the + button.

works great.

left it on all night and it went fine.

no achievement though.

Did you have any kind of strategy? I'm folding every hand that doesn't consist of the same colour but I read somewhere that this might decrease the chances.

you should just call or check every hand because you have nothing to lose from doing so except maybe not winning tournaments and unlocking extra stuff.

Congrats! Shocked when I got it. I was lucky I guess I got it after 1775 hands but still can't get Down to the Green and felt I should have several times.

Thats what I did, after 30 hours of normal poker playing, i had everything unlocked for quite some time. So there was nothing to lose.

Out of morbid curiosity, I graphed the odds of getting a straight flush for a given # of hands: http://imgur.com/ncVCLgw
And yup - I'm pretty unlucky. After 8500 hands, I had a 93% of getting it. Unless some of the aforementioned bugs are still present in the game.

i took a massive break from doing this, but last night I ran it over night for the first time in a little over a month.

got it !

only took 86 hours for me. doesn't appear to be bugged, just rare as ... well. it's unfair how rare it seems to be.

Took 50 hours and 2300 hands to get this achievement.

You need to get a set of cards which ascend in order.
E.G. 4Clubs, 5Clubs, 6Clubs, 7Clubs, 8Clubs.
There have to be five cards of the same suit which go up or down in order.
