This isn't true. I have a five star dojo consisting of 19 females and 1 male. Blondie soldiers and nurses from inside the consolate are not good.
1 Samurai
3 Lady
1 Nurse
4 Wife
3 Blondie Soldier
3 Harlot
1 Girl
Inside of the Consulate.
Ok so each npc has a set rate that they add to the dojo.
Harlots, maids, wife, and geisha all add 4 points to the dojo.
Lady's and nurses from the consolte add 2 stars to the dojo (regular nurses from the hospital add 4)
Blondie Knights are armed. All armed npc's so blondie knights, thugs, ronin ect, are randomly ranked 1-4 points, so while a blondie knight could be worth 4 points its just as likely that she is worth 1 point as well. Its like a lottery.
So your dojo not hitting 5 stars is entirely the "Lady's" fault.
so
i set 16 blondie knigths, 2 maids, 2 harlots
it gave me 5 star
