I guess not in the game itself. But you can do that and more using some fancy hardware.
If you're owning a gaming mouse or keyboard, branded by Logitech, and you're using their software named Logitech G Hub, you can do that by recording the macro (following my commented screenshots), and binding that macro somewhere you like on that hardware.
Doing that, you can put the macro on your Mouse, but I believe it'll be more convenient on the Keyboard (binding that on a GX Key), if you're firing with your left hand.
It can feel weird at first when you push the macro, 'cause it'll trigger the right mouse button (RMB) before actually shooting. It's because In games, when you're pushing the RMB, you actually start an animation from the normal view to the sights/scope view, and it depends on the weapon selected, so to be efficient, you'll have to tweak that time value between both mouse buttons.
You can also add an auto-reload into the macro, so when you release the macro button, it'll push the reload key too, if the game doesn't do that for you when your weapon is empty.
So, into Logitech G Hub:

If your weapon is full-auto, like an Assault Rifle (you only have to hold the LMB):

If your weapon is semi-auto, like a Pistol or a Snipe (the macro will have to fire, wait the recocking, and loop to fire again):

I don't have logitech keyboard, but I have an Asus ROG Strix Flare keyboard. It has a lot of macro stuff, I think it may just be timing issues. You examples should hopefully get me going in the right direction. I think I need to go find some Asus keyboard software videos and test your macros out.
Thanks again for your help
