Your snarky cynical comment adds nothing.
If it somehow impinges on others' gameplay experience, then it should be addressed... But doubt players having more 'zenny' than the next guy, would do that. (NB: Jealousy does not count as "affect other players".)
So any cheats of that nature you 'inherit' if you join a game w/ a trainer running. It is like this is any co-op game where 1 player is the host basically. Just drop out like you did is the best solution.
Read my comment, you clearly do not understand that in a hosted game it CAN affect other players as many times trainers extend to any connected client. So if you want to be a d-bag and run a trainer do it in singleplayer Mr. Trainer Zenny. Very simple.
My point was that, if someone is, say, scaling the grind wall by using an 'e-ladder', that's their bee's wax. If others are jealous of this, then they can undertake whatever process they're begrudging others availing, themselves... or shoosh up.
