Well thats interesting. I dont have a AMD video card...
I downloaded and ran the amdcleanuputility.exe, which made no difference. So manually deleted the 11 amd*.dll files out of my system32 directory, and now the game is launching correctly. I have no idea what the game is doing trying to launch dlls that are not even registered in device manager.
I submit a ticket and I am waiting for reply.
