How to find your DLC.

Having trouble playing as Winston Bey or selecting your Secret Service Weapons pack content?

Winston Bey

• Download the “Gentleman Explorer Pack” for free from the Steam store page. Click the Download button.
  
• You should now be able to select him from Character Setup page.

Secret Service Weapons Pack

• When choosing your inventory please make sure to scroll to the right hand side where additional weapons should be available to you.
  
• Additional weapons will be located in the primary as well as sidearm selection screens.

Game won't start.
Tells me Steam is starting Strange Brigade, and then nothing.
No visible process for it in Windows 10 either.

You have to update to drivers 399.07 to play the game. :(

Also, for the weapons dlc, they will be to the right, and there should be a divider between the regular weapons and the dlc weapons. Like a 'l' in-between them. like : * * * * * * l * *
Thats what it will look like.
The additional weapons 'slot' will be blue also, meaning that you can use them, and are not locked.
Thats how it is on my game anyway.

That work NOT realy on the Steam Winston DLC Page so try this way.
OK i figured out how you can "install" Winston! Go to your library than click details Strange Brigade ... now on the right side there is DLC..... click on it and you can see all DLC`s. Click now on the DLC Winston (Gentleman Explorer Character Pack). This time Winston is in the game.

I have updated windows to the latest.
The driver is also updated to the latest.
Verify game integrity dozens of times.
I didn't even see the game startup options.
I even reinstalled the game and still can't solve the problem.

i preordered august 7th through steam
i checked for the weapons in game and they are not there
i have checked on steam and it says i do not own the dlc and i have to purchase.
it says the only dlc i own is the character dlc.
iv supported a ticket and they told me same thing to check ingame if the weapons are there, and They are not. proboblem hasnt been solved.

I am also missing the "Secret Service Weapons pack content". I can't download an add the "Gentleman Explorer Character Pack" Free DLC. I pre order the game. I can wait for a fix. Since I am enjoying the game. Runs great on my machine. :)

Missing Pre Order Bonus

Pre-Order bonus showed up in the dlc window yesterday it worked and in-game. Today it doesn't show it in the dlc menu nor in-game but shows in the listing that it's in my library.
