Report a translation problem
1) At the BPM main screen go to options (cog wheel on top right) >> controller >> controller settings >> PS4 configuration support (check this)
2) Before starting the game select: Manage Game >> Controller Configuration >> Browse Configs >> select the "Official Configuration for Sniper Elite 4" >> apply configuration >> Done.
Start your game and the PS4 controller should work. One issue that has arisen for me is that whenever I try to adjust anything controller related, it's no longer recognized in-game and have to restart after applying setting. Once re-started the options do work but for some reason it disconnects in-game for me. This may not be an issue for you but you should at least know it exists (on both my PS4 and XB1 controllers).

I still have a PS4 controller and wanted to play the game on the PC with this controller, but no PS4 button is displayed despite the settings....only these damn XBox buttons
