DLC Target Fuhrer

I understand this is an "add-on" mission. How do I get it to load? If I click on DLC it just shows a Steam "advertisement" page. I own all the DLC for Sniper Elite 2+3 as well, they load fine just by clicking on them.

Select mission, bottom of the page there is DLC. Try that.
