Tips for the Better Than The Best achievement?

i just completed the game on authentic plus for the achievement, not realising there was a separate achievement for doing it without saves. any tips to make my attempt less frustrating?

Just play safe and run away if in danger. If you can´t sneak your way out, then don´t risk trying it and just kill everybody from a distance. Also equipt heals if you are struggling. I guess that´s it? If i remember correctly the achievement just requires the main game, which is way easier than the DLC missions, so don´t panic

I used so many saves the first time, doing it without them is going to be terrible
