How to enable the in-game cheats like Reb00 and Stealth?

There are four in-game cheats: Reb00, Stealth, Ratbomb and Panzer. How can I enable these? Everywhere it says you should change your profile name to one of these but I can't find this option in the game.

I think you are referring to cheats for the first version of the game. I'd not heard of these but a quick google found me this page: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=198778194 which was written in 2013 ... four years before sniper elite 4 was released.

I would strongly suggest avoiding using cheats.

I never cheat. I found the page Peter linked as well and was just interested in trying the Stealth code for singleplayer. But I guess this confirms it is *not* part of SE4?

if Rebellion had implemented a FOV scale in the first place, I wouldn't be searching for cheats to play campaign without feeling claustrophobic.
