Authentic vs Authentic Plus
What are the differences between two? I've read in the patchnotes that enemys wont stop searching. Any other things?

-Well there is no sound mask signal above your screen anymore. You have to listen to the engine.

-You know you could see a signs that an enemy saw something or saw you. You know that yellow/red. That's GONE!

-Enemy is harder to kill, you need to shoot 2 times with your rifle. Except headshot.

-You die faster
- skills don't work.
- HUD is gone
And there is no autosave.

Skills don't work in authentic either, nor was there a HUD, so that hasn't changed.

-There's also no bullet trace.

It doesn't even tell you what you pick up, you have to rely on sound ques or literally checking your inventory using q. In fact, those sound ques are often the only indication you have that you have done something, so you get to know them rather well. One particular sound you are always waiting for is the "All Clear" sound, because the game doesn't tell you otherwise. Some things you don't get told at all, for example, you are no longer told when you get a kill.. you also don't get to see your XP gains at the side if you were thinking that'd be a way to know if the person is dead. Nope, so you have to be damn sure that the enemy is gone before you move out of cover.

Yes, this lack of indiciators on death also means that unless you are lucky enough to get a slow motion kill with one, you have to be LISTENING for when your mines blow up behind you. If you somehow miss them, you can end up on a bunch of troopers coming from the other end of the map and sneaking up on you. Honestly, I don't suggest attempting this mode outside of co-op, because having that second set of eyes saved us both more than once.

Oh yeah, and as a bonus you also don't get warned that snipers can see you- so have fun with that.

and dont change your mags, let them run out or you throw away ammo, you lose them, so re map your reload key so you dont do it by habbit,

They key difference that Rebellion said themselves, is that any time a enemy goes into combat, after you kill or evade them, all other enemies in the area will stay on guard for the remainder of the mission and oddly, sometimes the hud for how close I am to objectives pops up.
Good to know Rydall, I was using semi autos on Authentic Survival the other day and couldn't understand where 50 rounds went to!

yer its a habbit in mp to have lots of ammo ready and in the lower level on waves, but authentic is a whole new ball park, less ammo, no reloads are a major thing

Hi mate in Authentic survival you can reload and NOT loose you ammo...................... but not in Authentic plus you will loose the whole clip.eg:clip holds 10 rounds fire one round reload you lost the other 9 in that clip.

It seems to be a bug in coop that you don't lose the bullets. When you play solo, it works correct and you lose the remaining bullets in the clip when you reload.
So in solo you need to play with weapons that allow to reload single bullets.
Not all bolt action rifles are reloading single bullets, for example if you play with the Carcano, you will lose the remaining bullets in the clip, too.

Woow.. I just finished my campaign in Authentic. I want to do it again Authentic plus but ot seems really harder !
The most annoying thing for me is the sound mask signal away !

Do eeeeet! Honestly, I can't play the game anymore without (at least) the AI all turned all the way up to Auth+ because they are just so much easier to lure in large groups. I like getting the most bang for my buck (with delayed traps and such). I alert a bunch while luring one, kill him, then when half a dozen come running I lure them 10 feet from the trap to get them nice and clustered up. Then, I lure them to the trap and BOOM! :2017meatball:

I've experienced the same as Kramer and Wombat, i.e. in multiplayer co-op survival, you will not through away ammo when reloading before empty, even when playing on Authentic Plus difficulty.
