A bit of a *spoiler* questions/solutions, about end part in Deathstorm Part 3: Obliteration.
So at the end of the mission when you sabotage the 'target' How much do the AI start cheating?

The enemy suddenly cheats, by spawning in, already lined up under cover, on places in the room you just cleared.
I don't like it when the game cheats you with teleportation in 1943, So I did a reload, and before the cut scene, I had a full loadout of traps and mines and some TNT, so I placed it where I remembered seeing them suddenly sitting.

The result? As soon as the cutscene were over and I ran into the room, every trap and mine blew up instantly, and the room were almost totally free from enemies.
So from being worried it would be a timed getaway with no idea where I was going, I had all the time in the world to loot them all and get my bearings.

Getting out of the base via the main gate, thee is also repeated triggering of jägers coming from behind (without any place to come from). it seems to trigger each time you run out to shoot something with a 'borrowed' Panzerfaust, and run back into cover to get your secondary weapon back?

I had 3 respawns of them coming from.. nowhere, to suddenly be behind me?


So my questions are:
1. Do they always cheat after the cutscene? (yes!)
2. Do they always spawn at the same positions?
3. Is it a known tactic to fill the room with traps and mines where you saw them?
4. Do they cheat multiple times when clearing out the gate to the base, or were I unlucky?
5. Seriously, how the heck can you manage that mission on Authentic Plus? (Git Guddest?)

It took me 2 hours to do the damn mission, as I tried to remember where the snipers where, and trying to find the spot for the 400m shot, (to unlock a char I'll nevr use anyway.)

In the target area soldiers are entering through elevator doors. Placing explosives at these doors prior to entry can no joy the enemy squads. They are entering in direct response to you setting off an alarm, just like any other armed group would respond. The same goes for outside the target area. If you memorize key spots you can no joy enemy as they move into position during your exit from the target area.

Aha ok, I didn't bother to watch the cutscene after sabotaging it (if there were any). But they actually spawned right in the places where I put the traps in the room, as they all went off at once when I came back into the room.

And when getting out, I really checked for any place they could come running from. I might've been a bit sloppy, as I had a full squad, a sniper and a cannon turret in front of me :h_cross::summerghost: i'n not much of a 'run and gunner'
Well most missions are surprises the first time, I just thought it were odd to have them suddenly fill an already cleared room.

You can mine the crap out of the main gate before you go inside to sabotage.
Also set traps on the other entrance by the church and for the armored car and half track .
Kill everyone before you go inside and you have all the time you need to run around and gather
mines and TNT .

I thought there were som 'catch' going in the front gate, (other then the cannon turret, and qute a few living ones, and reinforfemnts).. so I just stumbled in trough a cave tunnel..
I didn't know Karl would get stuck, with only one way out (the main gate)

Actually there are 4 ways out if you are careful. 3 bridges and an air duct.
