Shoulder aiming V hipfire (Rifles)
So when gunning to upgrade a rifle, i was trying to get shoulder fire kills (after thinking it wanted hipfire kills) and I've taken note....

Shoulder fire is worthless

I can get 30m one hits with hipfire but when I try shoulder fire I either A miss despite my crosshairs being filled by forehead or B I get a hit but the enemy doesn't die untill 4-5 rounds are in him.

The rifle i'm looking at upgrading is a bolt action so I will postpone this upgrade(Eg recoil) until I actually feel like gunning for the master skin, but good god this experience was like pulling teeth.

I`am afraid it`s you , your doing some thing wrong , on shoulder aim the cross hair actually glows red when locked On , so easy it is Banned from most Multi Player Dedicated servers.
Here is a video made by Albert Steptoe of the PP clan .

Probs has to do with the fact that I'm using the supressed carbine but in my experience it just doesn't put out the damage for reliable kills even with a red cross hair direct hit.

M1 Carbine is weak, suppressed ammo is even weaker. Shoulder aiming is affected by both gravity (no matter what range was set on your scope) and wind.

Actually using the rifle with an integrated supresser dedgres something, is legit easy mode.
