What are those green backpacks that are everywhere in the game.
Hi everyone. I've been playing for years but always wondered what those backpacks are, I can never pick them up, but they seem to be everywhere.

ammo packs .and bandages too .:)

they can be trip mines, ammo, bandages, and all sorts, def worth going to

i don't think you pick them up so much as root through them and steal the stuff in them

Thanks everyone for all your answers, I played a little on a lower level and was able to pick them up - they had various things in them. Thanks again!
