I just use the mouse left and right buttons.
From that picture it looks like L1 = switch from aiming to normal? This is not the problem. It's switching from aiming over the left shoulder to aiming over the right shoulder and back.
I will have a look and let you all know.
If that doesn't work, try uninstalling & reinstalling the game, but first backup your profile & saves:

Then in the settings found on the initial splash screen window, turn off DX12 (cryptically called 'D3D12').
Run in Borderless Windowed mode (selectable in-game, video settings).
In the in-game options, under "privacy settings" at the bottom, turn off the sending of information to Rebellion (causes occasional infrequent crashes).
Otherwise, you have a bad mouse.
Camera angle doesn't change unless you pointing hard left/right/top/below
Wrong.
If you ever read OP It's MG not about Rifle
This happens when I aim at the target with the MG in the middle of the screen.
The game does the switching automatically each MG shot. that's the entire problem. Especially because it changes the aim with each camera switch.
