Where is the FG42? and the Neunfaust
FG42 can be found from armored enemies that use some machine gun vs you, that very machine gun is FG42...
I've only reflected of the fire rate of some heavier MG's, but never risked picking them up. As even if you have mastered a weapon, if you pick one up that isn't in your current loadout, it just shows/uses default values (and I always forget where I left my own gun)

Get a kill with every weapon
This can seem like a daunting task, and the achievement is easy enough... just another time consuming one. Know that killing a vehicle with the weapons will not count, an actual soldier must be killed. These guns can either be purchased with tokens that you gain from leveling up, or found throughout the missions.
