Small dot in center of screen
Is there any way to get rid of that small white dot in the center of the screen when moving around?

I don't think there is. Why would you want to get rid of it anyway? It's your target reticle for unfocused shots or the equivalent of hipfire in other games.

Play on Authentic or Authentic plus it will not be there
