Do you guys think this game has a bad performance? I'm having some troubles to run it with a high enough FPS, don't get it why it stutters so much, 16GB of RAM would make it run better?

You only have 8MB of RAM I'm assuming based on your statement. What kind of video card and CPU do ou have?
No problem guys, kept tweaking graphics and now it is running smoothly, the game is amzing, a Far Cry set in Italy

Adding more RAM might help, but from my experience performance issues are usually caused by CPU or GPU problems. What model of CPU are you using, and what Graphics Card(s) are fitted?

use MSI afterburner OSD to see what your bottleneck is, aka 100% use then upgrade that component.

That's not strictly good advice. Some parts should run at close to 100% usage, such as Graphics Cards. High usage doesn't always mean a bottleneck, my i7 6700K and GTX1080 are overkill for the resolution I'm playing at and need to be frame-limited at 144 FPS. At that speed I have a lot of excess power, and yet my GPU usage sits at 98%.
