What's the poiint in Swedish Mauser?
[Before you ask: no,i'm not sweedish, that's not the reason because i picked up that rifle]

So, that rifle has been my main weapon from the beginning... than i upgraded caracno just to find out it is equal or BETTER than mauser in any stat.

My question is: what's the point in a DLC weapon if it hasn't anything particular.. but it's almost the same as a free weapon ..just (a little) WORSE?

It doesn't make sense.

Who told u that a DLC weapon should has something particular? To my knowledge, the First is the Best, Mosin and Carcano are the best choices of all the rifles, no DLC rifles will be better than them.

So why should you buy a dlc to get an usless weapon?

I had all dlcs from season pass, but i mean.. why should you buy a weapons dlc for real money if those weapons it contains are the same, worst actually, than weapons you can get for free?

Can't you really see the inconsistency?

Delilse is the best sniper rifle. You can kill any enemy and they never know where you are.

Well, sure, silent rifile is cool and unique: that's what i was talking about.

But Mouser? What's its purpose?

I'll take th Mosin-Nagant anytime. I like the firepower and the scope. Here's a link to show you how the rifles line up: https://www.primagames.com/games/sniper-elite-4/tips/sniper-elite-4-how-unlock-every-rifle-full-rifle-list

Delilse has a major flaw, low scope magnification. I will take Mosin or Carcano and silent ammo instead.

Perhaps making alot of noise would make the game more interesting.

The Delisle Carbine looks ghastly and offers little to the table. Conserving silenced rounds was never an issue for me, and I'm able to use the environment to mask my shots quite easily.
Each weapon has its advantages and disadvantages and it depends very much on the game settings, which weapon is more suitable.
If you play without wind and bullet drop and only with one-shot rifle kills, a certain weapon is well suited for killing campers, but with moving targets over large distances with wind and bullet drop and maybe headshot only another weapon is better.

With the DLC you get not only the Mauser, which is in all points worse than the Carcano, you get also the Nagant pistol with the largest range and with the OVP M1918 a good secondary weapon.

The Swedish Mauser actually has a 30% quicker reload time than the Carcano, which is always a great advantage.

We are always looking to rebalance weapons where appropriate. The comments here are always appreciated.
Well, the Carcano has 6 and the Mauser 5 bullets in the magazine and when you reload, the Carcano changes the whole magazine and the Mauser reloads every single bullet.
You don't have to wait with the Mauser until all 5 bullets are in, you can start shooting earlier when you need to do a quick shot.
I made a test at the shooting range and the Mauser needed 5 seconds more than the Carcano to make 30 shots (Carcano 4 reloads and Mauser 5 reloads).

If it takes 30 shots to take down an enemy I'd consider a Panzerfaust :)

It also comes down to playstyle and personal choice. I myself like having a flexible playstyle and will mainly take a rifle based off of what mission I am doing.

For example, if I'm going to redo Allagra Fortress or Target Furher, I'll take something like the M1C Garand, where I can have ammo, power and a good firerate and now worry to much about range or scope zoom. If I'm going to redo the Viaduct or San Salini Island, I'll tkae a rifle with more zoom and muzzle velocity, like the Mosin or Springfield.
