If a game is covered by VAC, it is shown in its shop page.
SE4 isn't.
And anyway VAC is something servers releated.
It doesn't care about what you do in your singleplayer games.
test it, shut steam down, then start the game, it opens steam and logs in??
also Rebelion had Vac on arround launch as a heap of players got vac bans, it was not listed in the shop but it did get turned on, so id say you never know when they will turn it on again ... be warned, use your trainers and find out??? .
i know im not wasting my money getting a ban.
Vac is not an internal anticheat proper to a specific game, it's a multiplayer anticheat you can apply to any game you want, server side.
What is VAC?
VAC stands for Valve Anti-Cheat, an automated system designed to detect cheats installed on users' computers. If a user connects to a VAC-Secured server from a computer with identifiable cheats installed, the VAC system will ban the user from playing that game on VAC-Secured servers in the future.

So please don't spread misinformation.
Vac [which is ANYWAY reported if active in a specific game] doesn't affect singleplayer.
