I know pretty much nothing about human anatomy apart from "Hey, there's a brain in that skull" and "If you punch someone in between their legs, they will sit on the ground for an extended period of time in the fetal position."

That's the extent of what I know and the fact I'm popping the jewels like the vet does to your f*cking dog, does that mean I'm ACTUALLY getting good at this game?

depends on what skill lvl u are playing, lol if ur on easy then no you suck the game is doing all the work for you

What about the Sniper Elite difficulty?

Even on SE and authentic difficulty, it's hit or miss with nut shots. I've squarely shot soldiers in the face and scored nut shots according to the game.

Maybe it banked off their face, hit a wall, hit another wall, and then hit the ground at just the right angle to ricochet it into their testes?

Nah, it bounced off the inside helmet part downwards towards the groin area.
